P2Safety FZE terms and conditions govern Your use of our services and limit our liability to You. Please read them carefully. You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by enrolling in a P2Safety course.

P2SAFETY LEARNER AGREEMENT

We provide the highest quality online health & safety training and qualifications from globally respected awarding bodies at P2Safety.
The knowledge we pass on to our students could save your life, and we take pride in that!
YOU’RE preparing to become a superhero!
We provide the materials and support that will provide you with the knowledge; however, unless you apply yourself, this is pointless.
Our policies and terms and conditions must be read and agreed upon to enroll as a P2Safety student candidate. Our students are committing to our rules by doing so, and this shows full transparency in our expectations.

In return P2Safety agree to abide by our terms and conditions and follow the following rules:

By agreeing to the above, the candidate accepts P2Safety terms and conditions and policies and agrees to follow the rules set out in this document. Please review the entire document before signing.

Scope and meaning of ‘reasonable adjustments’.
Reasonable adjustments are agreed upon before an assessment takes place with the delegate and awarding body P2Safety will only help if agreed and deemed necessary for the implementation of reasonable adjustments.

Assessments for registration

When registering for assessment to a qualification You are agreeing to abide by the regulations for that assessment, as set out in the awarding body “Guide” to that qualification.

Limitation of Liability for P2Safety

P2Safety excludes liability for:

Questions Free Membership

Termination

Physical and or verbal Abuse

P2Safety will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse of its employees or agents.
Any such incident of abuse may lead to:

Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint relating to any aspect of your course, please raise it with P2Safety by emailing [email protected] to allow us to investigate under the P2Safety complaints procedure, to resolve the issue. Should you require a copy of the P2Safety complaints procedure, please make a request by email.

NEBOSH Complaints

If you remain dissatisfied with our response you can escalate your complaint to NEBOSH by emailing i[email protected] or by writing to:

NEBOSH will acknowledge the complaint in writing in 10 working days. All complaints will be resolved and a written response provided within 21 working days.
If the qualification is accredited by the SQA and the assessment took place in the UAE, you may also seek regulatory advice from the SQA.

SQA aims to provide acknowledgment within 5 working days and provide a considered response within 21 working days of receiving the complaint.

City & Guilds Complaints

City and Guilds Students who wish to Appeal against a decision or complain about the outcome of a decision once they have exhausted the P2Safety complaints procedure can take their case to City and Guilds.
